At the top of the stairs is a quiet reading area with a sloping, beamed ceiling. There are two bedrooms, both south facing with views over Penhill. One bedroom (below, left) has a double bed, the other (below, right) twin beds. There is electric heating in both rooms and ample wardrobe and storage space. Bed linen and towels are included.
The bathroom (left) has a sloping original beamed ceiling, hand basin, toilet and bath with handheld shower. There is a fan heater and heated towel rail. Hot water and towels are included.
